¡Todavía estamos planeando tener este evento!
The J-H PTA would like to welcome new families to join us on the school playground at 1501 Cameron Street in front of the school building on Sunday, June 12, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You can talk to current J-H families and meet J-H teachers while your kids play, have a snack, and help with the school garden. New families of kindergarteners or first-graders (or any-graders, really!) are welcome to stop by!
Please complete this form to RSVP so we'll have enough snacks! We can't wait to see you there!
You can view the flyer here.

Become a Lunch Monitor At JH
Lunch monitors are needed at JH to ensure that lunch is a safe and fun time for our students. If you are able, please consider volunteering. Here's how:
In the application, the applicant should select "cafeteria helper" and "Jefferson Houston."
The application process will ask if the applicant is vaccinated. It is important that this is checked so that it will then be on their profile for safety and security.
If the parent/community member received approval to be a volunteer prior to the ACPS vaccination mandate (which was in early September), then they should still contact Angela & Kurt (emails in #4) to attest vaccination status and indicate that they will be serving as lunch monitor volunteers and identify the school.
Join the JH PTA!
